  • Your Apple user identifier (a unique, anonymous ID provided by Apple)
  • Workout data including exercise type, reps completed, session duration, and cards drawn
  • App usage data such as game mode preferences and feature interactions

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the Calistic app experience
  • Track your workout progress and statistics
  • Display your position on the worldwide leaderboard
  • Send weekly challenge notifications (if opted in)
  • Improve the app based on usage patterns

Sign in with Apple

We support Sign in with Apple as our primary authentication method. Apple provides us with a unique identifier and, at your discretion, your name and email address. You may choose to hide your email using Apple's private relay service. We respect this choice and will communicate with you through the relay address if provided.

Data Storage

Your workout data and statistics are stored locally on your device and synced securely to our cloud database (Firebase by Google) to power features like the worldwide leaderboard and account persistence. All data is transmitted using industry-standard encryption.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytical purposes, but this data cannot be used to identify you personally.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time
  • Revoke Sign in with Apple access through your Apple ID settings

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app's Profile → Account → Delete Account option. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All workout history, statistics, and personal information will be erased.

Children's Privacy

Calistic is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
